What can I customise?

You can create your own custom Deal Statuses, action types, call types and lead sources.  The default values can be entirely customized to your preferred terminology and language.  

To change your account go to the admin section via the top menu and then click on the Customise link on the left hand side menu.  From here it is quite straight forward to modify the account to suit your needs.

    It would nice to add some additional custom fields to the company and contact cards. These need to be searchable as well. I tried putting this additional information in the notes section, but the notes field is not searchable.
